Mainz, Germany | full time | Job ID: 11635 About the Role As the Global Head of Investigations, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding BioNTech’s integrity and ethical standards. This senior leadership position is critical to ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of transparency. By leading our global speak-up and investigation processes, you will directly contribute to maintaining trust across all levels of the organization. Working closely with key stakeholders such as Legal, HR, and Security, you will manage sensitive investigations with professionalism and discretion while empowering your team to deliver excellence. You will be part of a dynamic environment where your expertise in legal assessments, internal investigations, and disciplinary recommendations will shape our compliance framework. Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance, your work will influence decisions

that align with our mission to revolutionize medicine and improve global health. Your Contribution: Lead BioNTech’s global speak-up and investigation process with integrity and precision Conduct internal investigations worldwide, including legal assessments and recommendations for disciplinary measures Manage and develop the internal investigations team, fostering a high-performing culture Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, HR, Security) to ensure seamless communication and alignment Engage professionally with whistleblowers while analyzing business documents and conducting interviews Provide comprehensive reports on findings to the Global Head of Compliance A Good Match: A legal degree with admission to the bar (German or other), coupled with over 10 years of professional experience (preferably in the healthcare sector) Expertise in criminal law, investigations, and
