As an Informatics Technical Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a critical
role in delivering Abbott's AlinIQ Digital Health applications (such as AlinIQ AMS) and ensuring a seamless customer experience from implementation through post-go-live support. This position combines technical expertise, project execution, customer relationship management, and strategic customer support. You will work closely with laboratories and healthcare organizations to deploy, configure, train, and support innovative digital health solutions that improve laboratory efficiency and connectivity. As a field-based professional, you will travel extensively throughout Northern Germany and occasionally Denmark while collaborating closely with regional and global support teams. Your Tasks: Take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of Abbott's AlinIQ Digital Health applications Manage and execute software installations, configurations, and deployments at customer sites
Configure application modules according to customer requirements and operational workflows Validate system readiness and ensure successful implementation of configured solutions Guide customers through a structured and well-prepared go-live process Maintain strong customer relationships beyond implementation Provide strategic support to customers during complex situations and critical operational events Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing customer feedback and implementation best practices Your Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Medical Informatics o r a related discipline 1–3 years of experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, or supporting diagnostics laboratory informatics applications Sound understanding of diagnostics laboratory workflows and related technologies Demonstrated knowledge of one or
more of the following: Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) Middleware solutions Analyzer Management Systems Inventory Management Systems used in diagnostic laboratories Experience implementing, configuring, training, and supporting laboratory informatics systems is highly desirable.
