What the job looks like Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as: Drive and support the execution and continuous improvement of Grünenthal’s Enterprise Risk Management framework across functions and regions Coordinate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment and reporting processes, including the delivery of consolidated risk assessments for

management and governance Maintain and further develop the enterprise risk register, identifying opportunities for process, system and AI-driven improvements Strengthen the Risk Champion network through training, best-practice sharing and stakeholder engagement Promote a strong risk culture and risk-informed decision-making, providing guidance, challenge, and support to stakeholders across the business What you’ll bring to the table To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: University degree in Business, Economics, Law, Science or a related field At least 3 years of professional experience in Enterprise Risk Management, including risk assessment, monitoring and reporting processes Experience in consulting or regulated industries is preferred Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority Excellent
